FEE RESOLUTION

OF THE EVANS CITY WATER
AND SEWER AUTHORITY
A
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE EVANS CITY WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY OF THE
BOROUGH OF EVANS CITY, BUTLER COUNTY, PA ESTABLISHING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES SET
FORTH HEREAFTER.
WHEREAS,
the Evans City Water and Sewer Authority may set fees by Resolution to defer
the cost of their administration; and
WHEREAS,
the Evans City Water and Sewer Authority is desirous of establishing a schedule
of fees; and
NOW
THEREFORE, let it be resolved and enacted that a schedule of fees be
established as contained herein and that this Resolution shall replace all
previous fee schedules set by resolutions or ordinances.
