OF THE EVANS CITY WATER
AND SEWER AUTHORITY
A
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE EVANS CITY WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY OF THE
BOROUGH OF EVANS CITY, BUTLER COUNTY, PA ESTABLISHING TAP CONNECTION FEES FOR
WATER AND SEWAGE.
WHEREAS,
the Evans City Water and Sewer Authority may set fees by Resolution to pay for
the cost of tap connections for water and sewage; and
WHEREAS,
the Evans City Water and Sewer Authority is desirous of establishing such fees;
and
NOW
THEREFORE, let it be resolved and enacted that tap connection fees be
established as follows and that the tap connection fees in this Resolution
shall replace all previous tap connection fees that have been set by previous resolutions
or ordinances.
